There is a unique two-way functionality that a 6M HDMI cable braces. This functionality permits the inter-connected audio and video devices to communicate and thereby, confer setting such as resolution and aspect ratio. The HDMI 2.1 spec says that you can do up to 50 feet BUT it will have signal loss and degradation, so they recommend staying in the 15-20 foot size to get the best use of the spec.

Going from copper to fibre or hybrid fibre is all about running higher bandwidth signals over a long distance - the good thing with hybrid fibre is you can easily go out to 20 or 30m, which may give you options as you plan out your cable route! So at 19feet (6m), you will probably need to look into getting an active or optical cable my friend. At that distance, passive HDMI 2.1 will still work, but not at it's full capability. Here are a few options: For runs up to 25' maximum, a passive Premium High Speed HDMI cable (with QR label) should work. Over about 25', a hybrid fiber cable like the Ruipro4k is recommended. Active cables are designed to propagate the signal over longer lengths (25') without errors. Active hybrid fiber cables, like Ruipro's use proprietary chipsets in the connector ends specially designed for 4k HDR and beyond. Other active cables just use chipsets that they can source from other places to keep costs down (R&D being very costly). Cable mfrs make all kinds of claims in their marketing and product descriptions so caveat emptor. If the cable mfr is not willing to provide you with information on how they validate their claims other than "stringent QC" then I'd move on. Caveat emptor.
