Creighton and Annika: were okay in this book, and their book was super meh! I still get uncomfortable; let me ignore them! 😂 I have read the epilogue chapters in the nightingale anthology and it was mentioned that Killian was different. He was twisted and his way of thinking worried his parents. That was when he was a kid. Now he is a young man, all in his dark, broody glory, ready to destroy poor little Glyndon. Imagine that. The triggers in this book, like I was positively drooling. Not to mention the fact that he is compared with a young Aiden all the time lmao , that should alone give you a hint of how twisted he is.

I can’t look Mum in the eye and lie. I can’t face Dad and Grandpa and pretend I’m their little girl anymore.

I quite enjoy Rina's book and I don't have a ton of strong opinions about second-generation books, but here we are diving right in. All you bitches hating on my man Killian and I’m just sitting here thinking one less person I gotta fight off for him 💅 Not everyone can have as good of taste as me 💁♀️From the chemistry 🔥 to the darkness, Our anti-hero and our heroine had me feeling every single thing under the sun! I swear, the roller coaster ride of emotions i went through while listening had me falling for this story even more! I was so glad that i got to dig into both of their minds. I honestly didn't know what all to expect and the unpredictable of it all got me into it even more so. Jeremy and Cecily's book is my favorite! Why? BECAUSE THERE IS GROVELING, and if you're going to show the main male character messing up, at least make him realize his mistakes, which usually doesn't happen!
