About this deal

In high society, problems typically arose when a husband loved his wife, or a wife loved her husband, and failed to tolerate their spouse taking a lover. Lari and Kai: Navier and Heinrey's twin daughter and son, respectively. [3] Navier is a loving and affectionate mother who keeps a close eye on them to ensure they don't run into trouble. Although the twins (particularly Lari) give Navier a few scares, she adores her children. Despite being busy as an empress, Navier enjoys caring for the twins herself and spending time with them. This is also due to their ability to shapeshift into birds, which is a secret outside of Heinrey's immediate family. Fourth, the prince of the next country (who on the first chapter is said will be the empress' next husband) is just lovable <3 The only thing is that the translation is not so good. It mixes the pronouns and genders quite often for example. But you can get the idea. And later we can wait and read it on Webtoons too!!

Rashta gets so much hate but honestly what do you expect her to do? Starve and die in the streets? You expect her not to cling onto her patron even at the cost of the Empress’s dignity? Actually you think she gives a shit about Navier’s dignity when it’s her and Sovieshit’s economic policies and rule which allowed slavery to be a thing to begin with??? Don’t you know that condemning Rashta is like… literally condoning slavery?? Y’all brain dead? Before the divorce, Navier is responsible for trade negotiations between the Eastern Empire and the kingdom of Luipt, represented by Kapmen, who finds Sovieshu's treatment of Navier appalling. However, Sovieshu ends up arguing with Navier right in front of him over her refusal to accept Rashta's baby, resulting in Kapmen punching him. Sovieshu takes advantage of this and his jealousy over their friendship to end trading relations with Luipt... and any trade benefits it would bring to the empire, one of which being hopefully finding the cause of the declining mages. Navier does secure trade negotiations with Luipt as the empress of the Western Empire, which improves its standing. Intoxication Ensues: Both Kapmen and Heinly drink a love potion in different circumstances. Their faces are flushed and their eyes water within seconds, and they ask the people they first saw to leave them so they can return to their senses. Navier was the perfect empress, however, the Emperor wanted a wife, not a colleague. And so, the Emperor abandoned Empress Navier and placed a slave girl beside him. That was fine, until Navier heard the Emperor promise the slave girl the Empress' position. After much agonizing, Navier decided she would remarry the emperor of the neighboring country. Sovieshu's secretaries fall under this as they have to put up with his increasingly terrible decisions because of Rashta despite their attempts to advise him otherwise.

Has there ever been an emperor who didn’t have a mistress throughout history? Even the great Emperor Osis II had twenty mistresses. You’d only hurt yourself getting upset over it.” In chapter 259-261 ( Go to chapter) Navier and Heinley have gone to the Eastern Empire to create an alliance. Sovieshu has hidden them among the guards. As if on cue, a man burst into laughter. He stood behind a curtain beaded with precious stones and wore a semi-transparent veil. “Is it time for my grand entrance?” he asked. In chapter 262 ( Go to chapter) the main plot ends, with Navier and Heinley happy. Also in that chapter Heinley confesses to Navier what happened with his brother Walton, that it was his fault that he lost his power, because he tried to help him as he was very weak. After that he decided to stay away and create his bad reputation to leave his brother in a good place. In which chapter does Laura think that Navier has a lover? Sovieshu and I didn’t have lovers yet, but we were busy with our own schedules and moved in different circles, so we ate and slept separately most of the time.

Navier is absolute QUEEN! While I didn't super love her character when I first met her, the almost instant compassion you feel for her once you find out her husband takes on mistress changes everything. I deeply deeply loved another character who shows up and really shows genuine affection towards our Queen because it is the highlight of this volume IMO. Navier's feelings and treatment is overwhelming and honestly want all the best of things for her because... But then Navier meets the crown prince of the neighboring Western Kingdom, Heinly. Despite rumors of him being a shameless playboy, he is actually gentlemanly, and really, really likes Navier. When things continue to go wrong for her, she sees her chance to continue being the empress she prepared herself to be with a man loyal to her alone. And so she is divorced by her husband and, you guessed it, remarries another emperor and becomes an empress again. It started as a web novel, on Naver, by Alpha Tart, a korean author. And later, it was adapted as a comic / Manhwa on Webtoons ilustrado por Sumpul – Estudio Santa Claus. Nianne's son is accused of being the result of a premarital affair with her (now deceased) brother-in-law, which leads to her divorce from Duke Tuania. As it turns out, those accusations were false and she refuses to return to her ex-husband for him not believing her in the first place. Sir Artina: The Deputy Commander of the Knights of the Eastern Empire, and the personal guard to Navier when she served as Empress of the Eastern Empire. She placed a lot of trust in Artina, who kept many of her secrets. In chapter 180 and 181 ( Go to chapter) is when the paternity test of Princess Gloriam is performed, which comes out negative being Sovieshu’s daughter, and positive of being Alan’s daughter. In which chapter is the trial of Rashta

Christa Zemensia, who is also a popular, Proper Lady queen from a ducal house who failed to conceive an heir with her husband. Navier's arrival to the Western court causes Christa to lose her spotlight and results in her fighting to retain her position. However, while Navier was always capable on her own, Christa is a pawn of her family. The story itself is perfection! Again, I'm not a political reader fan, but I LOVE this! Plus the fantasy aspect is deeply intriguing! (Honestly wish I could say more on it because its my favorite LOL) Everything is so engaging and was SOOOO sad when it ended. I'm already desperate for the next volume even if I caught myself smirking at the turn of events. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a political story with fantastic characters (very very good and very very bad)! Can't wait to hold the physical in my hands because this will be a series I will definitely reread over and over again! SOOOOOO GOOD!! within the first chapter it shows Sovieshu asking for a divorce from Navier, which she gladly accepts but she also asks for approval of remarriage to a man of her choosing… First, the empress came from a family that has produced empresses for generations. So the empress, even if she wants to divorce the emperor, can't do that for fear that her family will be executed or the family's good name will be tarnished. She really loves her family and be loved in return by her family. And she actually was on good terms with the emperor, it's just that she is too work-minded, while the emperor wants a loving wife. Although the moment the concubine enters the scene, their good relationship went down the drain.Don't report me saying I didn't credits the original owner, where clearly I have, If you did, you clearly didn't read my explanation. U_U One of the older women said, “You may not know this yet since you’ve just come of age and you haven’t been in love before, Your Majesty, but…” Should I go to his room and tell him to hand her over? Should I force her to leave? Or should I have her work here in the palace?
