Our regular heat patches are smaller in size, which makes them good for smaller body parts or areasrequiring targeted relief. Allow air to circulate over the heat patch and do not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the patch or by applying tight clothing over the patch. Don’t use Deep Heat on broken skin, on the face, on bruises or on swellings. You should not use Deep Heat patches while asleep, and these products are not suitable for children.

In particular, topical analgesic products like Deep Heat patches can help to relax the muscles, reduce stiffness, relieve pain, and improve blood supply to the affected area which will aid the healing process. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch, and after use, dispose in normal household waste. The ingredients can be harmful, so Deep Heat patches are for external use only. If swallowed seek immediate medical help. Do not use the patch on clothes/ underwear which may be easil;y damaged by the adhesive (e.g. delicate fabrics)Please tell your doctor or pharmacist before using any Deep Heat medicines if you are taking or have recently taken oral painkillers or any other medicines. This includes medicines you have bought without a prescription.
