The woods are a little woodchippy/pencil like, the warmth is not fruity at all, it's more floral warm. It does not actually smell like a dupe or anything, but throughout the drydown, I get an aroma that is similar to the drydown of my precious Stella. Right before I went to Goodwill, I thought what the heck, I will just try it again but this time with 2 sprays. Wow really love this Perfume it starts off a bit strong but then the smell is gorgeous and lasts forever, I like to spray it on my hair so when you move your head you can smell it, I have had lots of people ask me what perfume I am wearing and that when I walked past them they got this wonderful aroma. This scent was released in 2016 and is the only perfume available from Michael Buble and was developed with the parfumier Karine Dubreuil who has also worked with brands such as Lanvin, Gucci and L'Occitane.

By Invitation has a salty note (looking at the notes I'm not sure what could cause that) which reminds me of Olympea- like they could be cousins.Dont normally go for the perfumes that have been released by the likes of Hilton, perry, Jlo etc etc but quite like By Invitation. Top notes are Red Fruits and Bergamot; middle notes are Rose, Jasmine, Peony and Lily-of-the-Valley; base notes are Praline, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Musk. Some say that it' s one of the best perfumes they've bought for a long time, and that it has a sweet, floral scent.

I get more of the wood/ musk notes in the dry down and could actually imagine this scent being worn by a man. It’s not a fragrance that I can wear too close to the front of my body either otherwise I start to get somewhat headachy. Michael Bublé, the renowned Canadian singer and entertainer, has ventured into the world of fragrances with his signature perfume line. I don't find this to be a lot like La Vie est Belle, and I like this a lot better than LVEB, and I think it wears better than LVEB. The scent opens with sparkling notes of bregamot and red fruits before developing in a beautiful floral heart of rose, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley and peony before revealing a comfortable base of musk and sanalwood enriched with praline.I would also say that I like this more than Decadence, because Decadence " is too in your face " while this is nice, and lovely, because of the mix of notes, so it's more wearable, and enjoyable, were as Decadence can be cloying. For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates.

I deleted by previous review, where I insisted that I am smelling an intensive patchouli note in this perfume, because I realised that what I mistake for patchouli is in fact most likely - the woodsy notes. Although he is best known for his music, Michael Buble has, like many other music artists and fashion brands, branched out into the world of perfumes. something very chocolaty/praline-like and berry ish, which is rather close to Lancôme La Vie Est Belle. It have nice packaging, impressive bottle, nice longevity but I'm so sorry I pay more attention for the scent.how on earth you could compare this to LVEB and Decandance, I have no idea but both smell completely different to me and I have them all! Perfumes with natural ingredients often smell different in batches based on the source of the ingredients, while synthetic ingredients usually have consistency in their smell and lasts longer. I had to get samples of this when I read the good reviews and the notes, I decided to give it a try. The bergamot brightens the composition up a lot giving it a lot of sparkle, perhaps ambroxan, which is the part that sets this one a bit different than the many others this has/will be compared to. The fragrance starts with light, sparkling top notes of red fruits and bergamot, then develops its heart notes of lily of the valley, elegant rose, wild jasmine and spicy peony.

This perfume opens with a realistic fruity blast that is kept from being sickeningly sweet with the addition of Italian lemon giving a tiny touch of citrus, and then swiftly morphs into a blend of spicy peony, praline and sandalwood. Eau de parfum: Hold the bottle around 10cm from your body and spray onto pulse points including the neck and wrists. All in all a very nice womanly perfume, with great projection, and great lasting power, in a beautiful bottle.during the drydown a very sharp sandalwood with a dash of praline and very tart berries and Angel patchouli emerges and takes over. I could only try to remember how rich and exotic the delicious sweet notes were until this surprise discovery.
