Even if I quibbled about a card or two, I could see how much thought went into their design and description. This all suits the Labyrinth aesthetic very well, as all of those items are in evidence throughout the Labyrinth.Including both the Major and Minor Arcana, the set also comes with a helpful guidebook with explanations of each card’s meaning, as well as simple spreads for easy readings. It takes a short time to get used to the suits, but I just about have it down now after maybe a couple of hours study, so it wouldn't be a big deal. She makes the choice and then the scene cuts to Jareth watching her, then when it cuts back to her, it seems that maybe several minutes have gone by, she interacts with Ludo, she turns her back on him and he disappears. I love that it has the images, as it means I can study a meaning without having to look for the card in the deck if I just want a quick check. I would love to read tarot with both of these decks, with clarity and understanding, especially for others who have a great love and understanding of Labyrinth like me.

This deck was more marketed as a card game (though it came with very little instructions) so it did not come with a tarot guidebook at all. If this was a perfect example of Justice, The Four Guards would have symbolized that much better as there was an immediate consequence to her choice. Ren / Lena, as I read your post I was thinking “why not just take the favorite from each deck” and then you wrote it! All the Major and Minor Arcana come in the set, which also includes a guidebook explaining each card’s meaning and outlining simple spreads.I am not familiar at all with Thoth tarot at all, other than that Strength and Justice are switched. It starts with a foreward by Brian Froud, the designer on the movie and the man who created all of the characters and props used. Jareth, Sara, Hoggle, and other beloved characters guide your tarot practice with the only official Labyrinth tarot deck.
