It was a great introduction and has 3 different routines (I think) depending on how well you are doing.

Then I moved on to Darcey Bussell's Pilates for Life, which is good as the routine is split into sections each with a different focus, so you don't have to do it all in one go, and also there's a short routine which takes about 20 mins and incorporates aspects of each of the longer ones.
