Prosecco grapes for this come from the region of Veneto (Treviso), where they grow on vines about 30-80 meters high. The palate has a wonderful volume of very fine bubbles, with sherbet lemon and pear fruit and a crystalline finish.

The Contrada Granda Brut Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene from the Veneto wine-growing region has a brilliant, shimmering platinum yellow color in the glass. Owned by the Dal Bianco family since 1946, they switched from being a negociant to vineyard owner in the 1960s.
