For convenience, all single skin and bunded plastic oil tanks up to and including 2500 litres in capacity are delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift to allow easy offloading at the kerbside. As with our woven IBC covers, these UV-resistant covers are suitable for any pallet around 1000x1200x1000mm in size. The non-conductive nature of the cover guarantees that heat is not transferred from the surface of the cover to your IBC.In specific syrup, sugar, fats and others are difficult to discharge and often result in wasting products due to the thick viscosity not being able to leave the container. Our woven IBC covers are made from woven polypropylene, giving them great weatherproofing attributes. As well as being waterproof, it can handle extreme wind, snow or hail that can hit the UK at any time of the year. IBC covers can help to protect your product whilst you are packing, storing or transporting your goods using an intermediate bulk container.Practical for outdoor usage, this IBC cover is manufactured from woven polypropylene (WPP) which has a waterproof coating and is impervious to decomposition. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. This insulated jacket is designed as a jacket for a 200 Litre drum, isolating and maintaining temperature inside the drum. You can choose from three options of insulation material: ThermaPack Ultra Double or the highest performance solution of EcoQuilt Expert, for maximum protection. The EcoQuilt Expert IBC Covers are commonly used where the IBC Content has a greater temperature sensitivity – as this material is equivalent to 55mm of polystyrene, whilst being just 15mm thick. Waterproof insulated C-L Polyethylene a rugged cross laminated sheet, light in weight tear and fire-resistant, anti-toxic, impervious to bacteria and will withstand -35º to +75ºC. Generally, IBC tanks made from high-quality materials like stainless steel or robust plastics such as HDPE can last anywhere from 5 to 20 years or more with proper care. The use of this cover also reduces IBC exposure to UV radiation, which normally causes fading, discolouration, and sometimes even degradation of some contents.Alternatively, consider using purpose-built water storage containers to ensure the safety of the water you intend to consume.
