About this deal

If your baking chocolate has a strange taste or doesn't have the same 'chocolate' taste as before, then you can decide for yourself whether you still want to use the baking chocolate or not. Unlike unsweetened or plain baking chocolate, bittersweet chocolate can contain flavors like vanilla and emulsifiers like soy lecithin. As you explore, keep in mind that few milk chocolates can be a one-size-fits-all ingredient for every recipe—a bar that's too sweet to enjoy on its own may be perfect for an unsweetened ganache frosting or a bitter chocolate cookie, while one that's too lean for tempering may be spot-on in a richer cookie. Sugar, cocoa butter, dried skimmed MILK , cocoa mass, dried whey ( MILK ), lactose ( MILK ), butter oil ( MILK ), tapioca starch, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Super Chunk Brownies - Coarsely chop 8 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate or Bittersweet Chocolate and ½ cup pecans. To use, simply melt the product completely at 40-45ºC and apply to your cakey goods for an excellent glossy appearance.
