It is about twins named Ruby and Garnet, Ruby is quite bossy and confident while her sister Garnet is quiet and shy. Because of that comparison in my head I didn’t feel this book shone as much as it could have; if I hadn’t already read Vicky Angel I may have enjoyed this more.

I enjoyed the storyline despite the predictability of it and I did not find the story to be at all condescending or patronising unlike other children’s books. I would strongly recommend this book to any one who has a twin because it’s kind of a story of how you can still be twins even though your twin is somewhere else.
