When it comes to spirits, we’re less concerned with how the bottle looks and more interested in what’s inside. U’Luvka vodka has been triple distilled from 50% Rye, 25% Wheat, and 25% Barley with all grains being sourced from the fields of Poland. Sendivogius, the genius court alchemist, was begged by the King and Queen to distil a a spirit of such exceptional quality that the court could continue to drink all night and work all day. Made in Poland, the U'Luvka vodka has an eye-catching design which is inspired by ancient alchemical distillation vessels. Legend has it that the Court was almost permanently intoxicated and affairs of state were grinding to a halt.The finish is pretty quick and light, and leaves your mouth pretty clean with the slightest bit of sweet grain lingering along. The nose reflects this focus with very subtle cereal/grain notes, and light vanilla with a slightly sweet undertone.

The design of the current LOUIS XIII decanter is inspired by a royal flask, which was found in 1569 on the battlefield of Jarnac in France. The natural, distinct salt comes from local supplier Wight Salt and is hand-harvested off the island’s stormy southern coast. The flavor hits on the nose, which is best observed when drinking this vodka straight, yet even in the filthiest of martinis, this vodka won’t disappear into the background.
