Favourite family pudding I make this regularly for family and for church events, although I prefer to use the caramel carnation - so easy and so delicious. Expected this to be -runny, but it is thick goo - perfect for recipes such as bonoffee pie, or just to be extremely naughty and have a few spoonfuls when the kids have gone to bed!
