The first thing to think about is the surface you’re going to play on: this is key for both the ball’s durability and its playability, so make sure you work out where you’re going to be using the ball most. I recently purchased 12 training balls and 2 size 4 match balls for my U13 team who play at a medium to high level. If you’re training and playing on grass then you’ll want a standard football, but those won’t hold up well if you’re playing indoors or on the streets. I bought these as prizes fro a football competition at teh school fair add the children were so happy to win these excellent quality footballs. If you’re happy to spend a little more you can get the Mitre Impel Plus or Mitre Impel Max training balls for just a few pounds more.Tbh I was a bit worried what would turn up as I run a football team and I'm new to management so I didn't want to embarrass myself with poor quality and in front of other managers but I must say out of the 8 teams training mine was banging great quality they kept there shape and really happy thus why I bought more products so thanks. The Mitre Impel Football has a soft EVA foam backing and Vimini TPU outer texture for enhanced grip and control. Excellent quality and arrived in time for the start of the season, the products will be used for Sylvans minis football coaching in Guernsey. There are three different Delta footballs to pick from in Mitre’s lineup, the cheapest of which is the standard Delta One. We have a team of 20 and train Monday, Tuesdays and these balls are good quality even match worthy balls. It’s worth noting that indoor balls take an exceptional amount of punishment so don’t tend to last as long as balls built for outdoor use.They are robust in all weather and if cleaned and kept to the correct pressure last well and are good value.
