It is a very easy product to apply as it is not at all fussy, other sealers require a pristine surface but Mattstone seams to work almost like a cleaner. SmartSeal Stone Sealer is a completely solvent-free, natural stone sealer that provides a "Colour Enhancing" finish. He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. LTP Mattstone is a completely natural matt finish for travertine, limestone, terracotta, quarry tiles, slate, sandstone, marble, concrete, brick and external paving.

A completely natural, matt finish for Travertine, limestone, terracotta, quarry tiles, slate, sandstone, marble, concrete, brick and external paving. Your tiler will need to correctly prepare the tiling substrate to ensure it is flat, level solid and clean beforethey start laying the tiles.The good thing about this sealer is that overspray on most surfaces will dissipate quickly, instead of leaving unsightly marks on your tiles.

Once applied, it dries after approximately 2 hours, but takes a further three days to become fully resistant to water, oil, and grease. The sealer offers a silk/satin or "wet-look" finish that enhances the natural colours of the stone, giving off a more modern and newer look. However, if you have opted for a grout sealer that is not colourless when you are applying it ensure you keep a damp cloth nearby so that you can wipe the excess grout sealer off of your tiles.With a shelf life of up to 2 years for un-opened containers, LTP MPG Sealer H20 is a convenient and effective solution for protecting and enhancing the appearance of your tiles. Once applied, it seals grouted areas with long-lasting protection against water, dirt, oil, grease, and limescale, and makes these surfaces easier to keep clean. LTP Stone Oil Impregnating Sealer is available in a 5L bulk pack and has a shelf life of up to 4 years for unopened containers. With just one coat on most surfaces, it is effective in maintaining the natural look of the stone, while also being non-colouring.
