恋わずらいのエリー [Koi Wazurai no Ellie] Series by Fujimomo
And the other group, the older ones who ignore the plot and are solely there for inappropriate drawings. The first thing that caught my attention in this manga was Fujimomo's drawing style, I definitely love it. It's the sort of feel-good, cute little story that could definitely cheer you up if you're in a bad mood.I will say that even though it was only 180 pages and it was such a quick light read, the backstory for this series was really set up and you really got an in-depth background and story of what's to come in the future.

He's not interesting, she's a hypocrite (for some things she says like other girls like the male lead for his face only) and I don't even want to hate her! She's likeable and easy to sympathise with, especially given how indifferent her classmates seem to be in her. Instead of pursuing his attention like other girls, she fantasises about him by tweeting under the name "Lovesick Ellie". Eriko is an excellent representation of a teenage girl with a huge crush on the prettiest boy in school. It has been pretty long since I jumped, cheered and really got excited over some manga, I probably looked like a puppy seeing his owner come home. Her sole hobby is staring at handsome, smooth-spoken Akira Oumi, and tweeting her daily fantasies under the screenname "Lovesick Ellie. I will definitely post a review of volume two when I pick it up and decide from there if I plan to continue this series! While Ohmi is a serious contender to win Japan’s Top High School Boy Contest, his announcement that he has a girlfriend could jeopardize his chances. When I just started reading I san't too sure I will like it, the whole part with her tweets just seemed dumb and characters personalities didn't look like anything could work out, but then.
Lovesick Ellie - Penguin Random House
Lovesick Ellie is a sweet and hilarious story, and I hope I can follow the story of Ellie and Omi more soon! While Erinko is a shy girl who loves her crushes in secret, Ellie is lusty and fantasises openly on Twitter with thirsty tweets. It would be cool if the heat and chemistry between them percolated in tune with their growing more comfortable dealing with each other. As if that weren’t enough, popular boy Akira Ohmi has discovered her Twitter account, “Lovesick Ellie,” which is filled to the brim with thirsty tweets—including fantasies about him. That honestly, sounds like it would be exhausting, but he’s just really unlikable for me as the reader, and his dialogue raises a lot of red flags in my book.

I definitely recommend it if you love shoujo romance with charming characters and great character development. One fateful day, she accidentally bears witness to Omi-kun's true self—and if that weren't enough, he sees her mortifying Twitter, too!
