One day, Moxy enters the tunnel to find her way to the Big World, followed by the town's cynical chef Wage, easy-going Ugly Dog, shy wiseman Lucky Bat, and soft-hearted giant Babo. Mandy says that Lou’s opinions don’t matter, only Moxy’s belief that there is a child for her in the Big World ("Unbreakable"). The endearingly unique residents of Uglyville occasionally look to the sky above the town, where a new UglyDoll will appear and be embraced by the community.
The Uglydolls were created in 2001 and included Babo, Cinko, Ice Bat, Jeero, OX, Target, Tray, Wage, Wedgehead, and many more doll characters. STXfilms will release UGLYDOLLS in theaters on May 3, 2019 as the launch vehicle for STX Entertainment’s UglyDolls franchise.UglyDolls is a 2019 animated musical adventure- comedy film directed by Kelly Asbury and written by Alison Peck, from a story by Robert Rodriguez, who also produced. However, right before they can be torn apart in Reycling, everyone from Uglyville arrives to save them. Lou announces he and several others will run with them, secretly planning to sabotage the Uglies' chances.
Blake Shelton as Ox, the unofficial Mayor of Uglyville, mentor to all of the other Uglydolls and childhood friend of Lou. An animated adventure in which the free-spirited UglyDolls confront what it means to be different, struggle with a desire to be loved, and ultimately discover who you truly are is what matters most. Lou crosses the finish line, but Moxy and her friends are awarded the victory for making a child happy – a doll's true purpose. Her arm length is a bit longer and her waistline is a straighter, but overall they are pretty close.

In Perfection, Moxy and her crew are subject to the manipulations of Lou (Nick Jonas), the perfect doll in charge of training recruits.Unconventionality rules in UGLYDOLLS, STXfilms’ new animated musical adventure starring the acting and singing voices of Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, Janelle Monáe, Blake Shelton and Pitbull. Moxy garners support from the crowd when she stops to comfort the crying baby, even if it means she won’t complete the Gauntlet in time. The Uglydolls' first days of training ("You Make My Dreams") end in disaster, as they are repeatedly thrown into the washing machine for failing tests aimed at keeping clean.
Meanwhile, Lou sends the Spy Girls, a trio of ruthless perfect dolls – Tuesday (Bebe Rexha), Kitty (Charli XCX), and Lydia (Lizzo) – to kidnap Ox. He took up the role of mayor and kept the Big World a secret from his fellow Uglydolls, wanting to protect them from the terrible truth. It’s a great idea to use your imagination to find something within a particular Disney character, and select fabrics or an iconic element (minnie’s bow, tinkerbell’s skirt) and design your outfit to incorporate that.They bring him to Lou, who makes him confess that he and Lou were once friends who trained for the Gauntlet together. The Uglydolls and the Perfect dolls fix the portal, make peace, and merge their towns to create the town of Imperfection ("The Big Finale").
