Aside from being tasty, I found it fairly light to consume (as many can be pretty heavy) and it kept me full for quite a while, unlike others. Our great-tasting vegan protein is perfectly suited to women looking to support their wellness and maximise their health, hormonal balance and more. I have ibs and a busy lifestyle which is hard for me to get my 5 a day in and have quite a lot of disgusting issues. The chocolate and vanilla both taste great - I blend them up with plant milk and frozen berries (and sometimes a spoon of chocolate spread for a treat). Already a huge fan of the protein bars and the protein powder, FS Greens and Vitamin Supplements - and always actually feel cleaner and healthier after eating something from Her Free Soul.Blended with some frozen raspberries, banana and just a touch of milk, it tasted like a healthy raspberry ripple ice-cream. As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great! I’ll continue them for another month and post a further review if anything changes but right now I would say it’s expensive and not sure what it’s done for myself personally. You don't need to use the steel shaker exclusively for protein, it's excellent for water, too, as the steel keeps it nice and cold. It did taste a little bit floury but not in an unpleasant way – it was reminiscent of cake batter, which is no bad thing. All my life I have suffered from brittle, peeling nails and have tried every remedy and varnish to try and fix them, but nothing has worked.

The powder has quite a strong coconut flavour and a more subtle coffee kick, making it a perfect option after a morning workout.
