Opt for the Zebra Pen Mildliner Double Ended Highlighter if you want to be able to create broader strokes and make precise lines. Gel-type highlighters are generally not streaky because they are thicker but you would still want to put them in an upright position when storing them. Dry highlighters are waxy like crayons, wherein the colorant sits on top of the paper fibers rather than soaking in.
