We chose to set ours out as daily tasks, and weekly room by room ones. It also has an area for you to make your Hinch shopping lists. Even if your not a Hincher, but you need a little help to destress, mind map and see your own worth, this book is amazing. It’s soft and Mrs Hinches infectious personality shine through the book. It 100% has helped us relax, take some me time and also organize our life. We hope she releases a volume 2 as we’d never want to be without this book. We all know I'm a fan of cleaning and love Mrs Hinch, not for her cleaning tips but just because she's funny. What everyone doesn't know is, not just in 2019, but for a few years I've struggled mentally. I kept things to myself and started to self destruct a little because of how low I was feeling about many things in life and about myself. After Mrs Hinch shared her love for Zoflora online, this led to the brand needing to double production and their sales increased by approximately 28%. 2019 And later that same year, Sophie launched her second book, The Mrs Hinch Activity Journal. Now I'm not usually one to sit down and reflect or do self help crap and most wouldn't put the book as a self-help kind of book but honestly....
