Gyaru(also known as gal) is one of the oldest fashion trends in Japan. It includes things like tanning or darkening the skin, wearing shiny makeup, having heavily bleached/dyed hair, highly decorated nails, and wearing rebellious outfits. All these things are basically against the traditional Japanese beauty standards.
Adapted Out: His scene in the anime is changed to a phone call instead of visiting his daughter at home, so he doesn't appear in person. Notably Marin has no real sense of shame, or at least with someone she trust like Gojo; though she does seem to enjoy messing with him about it. List of All Marin Kitagawa’s Cosplays From My Dress Up Darling For once, Gojo had to get creative by producing original content for Marin's cosplay, as the chibi drawing style of the SuccIDK manga did not supply enough details for a complete look. Gojo had to fill in the gaps by interpreting Liz's character and creating a unique design for Marin to wear, successfully adding his own flair to the sultry outfit. To recreate the SuccIDK setting, the pair conveniently end up at a Love Hotel with a room that (apparently) closely resembles Kaname-kun’s. Both Marin and Gojo get carried away in the moment after the succubus is officially unleashed and things get too hot for either to handle.
