An iPad Air can be charged fully once, a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 can be charged nearly twice, or a Nexus 7 tablet can be charged fully twice. The Anker PowerCore 13000 is also compatible with a USB-C 12 inch Macbook, which it can charge to an impressive 60% batterystatus. You do need to use your own USB-C cable to charge the Macbook with, as it is not included with the power bank. With the PowerCore 13000, Anker was able to reduce the weight by as much as 30% when compared to similar power banks. This makes it ideal for taking with you on walks or runs. During our time with the Anker 13000 PowerCore, not once did it get in our way or feel uncomfortable.

But if you want to charge a laptop, for example, you’ll need something a bit more powerful. The Anker PowerCore 26800 would likely be the better fit. It, too, is reasonably priced, putting it in the “best” category by a fair margin. But if your job simply requires you to use your smartphone throughout the day, or you’re planning a trip that doesn’t include bringing along your laptop, the PowerCore 13000 should serve you nicely. Design & Portability As for Temperature build, it’s quite amazing because the charger can still function in -40F and 158F. Tech of Output power capacity is still a lot of power that can charge smartphones about 4 times or more. As for tablets, you can very well expect some tablets to charge to their full capacities but only if you’re using the entire capacity.The Anker PowerCore 13000 got to us with the battery half full. We set it on charge straight away to see how long it would take to get it up to full. After just under four hours, the battery was showing full capacity, so we’d estimate 8 hours for a complete charge cycle. So ideally you’d want to leave it charging overnight a day or two before you set off on your trip. Durability
