In your lowered position, do not let your shoulders dip down; keep the upper arms parallel to the floor. While chaturanga dandasana is similar to a push-up and is the most obvious way to see results, there are a lot of other poses that work the arm muscles as well.

Partner work is central in his teaching of tantra yoga for gay, bi and queer men. It allows us to experience that with assistance, support and encouragement we can all move more easily towards the goal of self knowledge and self love. Generally, if someone starts feeling nauseated, dizzy or otherwise ill during a Bikram yoga class, it's a good idea to have some water and take a break. A typical class at Watersedge will include pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), meditation and relaxation with sound. Classes will give you the opportunity to practice in nature connecting with your body, breath, and inner self on a deeper level, creating a greater personal awareness and feeling of mental and physical strength, clarity and ease. We will be nurturing our bodies in a way to complement and assist the healing yoga practices during the group activities. Food for thought and growth. Prices are per person (based on two people sharing a twin room). Two twin beds can be pushed together to make a King for couples. Two rooms will be a triple room and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
