It all came about when founder Stephen realised wine and beer no longer agreed with him. A keen forager and maker of sloe liqueurs and other concoctions, he turned his attention to gin and started experimenting at home, mashing assorted fruits with different spirit strengths. So that’s why we decided to bare all and introduce Naked Pinkster as a quality tipple in its own right. Made with tipsy, locally grown raspberries raspberries left over from producing Pinkster gin, it’s both naturally deliciously and sustainably sound. Thanks to these plump beauties, Pinkster is deliciously dry with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish.Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. The bulk of raspberries used in producing Pinkster are recycled as Boozy Berries. The raspberries that don’t make the cut, because they’re rather too mashed, are now being used for Gin Jam.
