The hardcover of Kouta Hirano's manga, Hellsing marks its first release in a 7x10 format with a different cover. All three volumes condensed the 10 original tankōbon volumes into 3 hardcover edition volumes. Every volume has the same cover though a different numbering at the bottom of the cover, and the edition includes an embossed casing, sewn binding, and ribbon marker instead of a newly done artwork by an author; like an omnibus.

Hirano since then has switched to digital drawing since Volume 5. The digital software he uses is Photoshop, commenting that he "worked his ass off to learn that program on his own".
