This is a fanfic... if you don't know who C.L Stone is or who Sang Sorensen or what a ghost bird is then this won't make any sense to you. It's got a really sinister undercurrent throughout, which really ramps up towards the end. The characters were great, and the way that First Nations beliefs and spirituality play into the story is great.
