About this deal
Network standard: IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11n, IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11ac Have a bit of a think about it for a moment...............If the 3000 WiFi is disabled, how would it detect the 7490 WiFi is enabled? Or are you trying to integrate it into the MESH system? Only press the connect button for about a second rather than 6 seconds.
Thanks to WLAN Mesh, it is also ensured that the connection to the end devices is seamless between the router and repeater and uninterrupted reception is possible. Fixed – In some cases, the 5 GHz connection was not established immediately after connectiong with WPS Just set-up access profiles for their individual devices and leave the Wi-Fi on fulltime for everyone else? Finally got around to doing a factory default reset earlier today. Sorry for the slow reply, just been too busy to do it.
Looks like I had missed this one while I was on holidays and looks like it hasn't been mentioned yet:the 3000 can also be used as a standard repeater and connect to any wifi system but that not really where it excels , if you already have a fritz unit eg I had this exact problem as well, I found updating the firmware to 07.29 on the repeater fixed this problem but I did not find anywhere that said this would fix my problem so it was a bit of trial and error. So far whenever I have it on, it makes my Wi-Fi unstable, even when it is in close proximity to the fritz box. It is running the latest firmware, not a beta. Improved assistent for inital setup and the change of the connetion type (LAN connection / WiFi connection) Not sure if this is by design or a bug or just not possible to manually turn on the wi-fi of the 3000 without it being connected via cable. (assuming this feature works when connected via cable – haven't tested it).
