About this deal

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Chapter 4 (The Keeper of the Keys) Kill powerful wizards: There’s almost nothing else that is as iconic to the world of Harry Potter as the wands that wizards wield. A wand is a symbol of a wizard or witch’s magical abilities and of their acceptance into the wizarding world.

Loyal ➤ As a loyal boy it is not surprising that Auggie is like a puppy with how fiercely loyal he is to those he cares about. It can often get him into trouble, but it doesn’t make him any less loyal. I was introduced to fountain pens by people in my parents’ generation whose children did not want those pens. Imagine, in a way, if wands went out of use in the Wizarding World. What I’ve learned is that the right pen is a pleasure and a wonder to use. It’s not a splashy reaction like Harry meeting ‘his’ wand, a warm feeling then fireworks and all, but there’s a definite personal fit. One time I could somehow tell a broken pen was a good one, and after rebuilding, it was great. (I had to quit using it after it wouldn’t fix anymore.) Even a steel pen that one dips into an inkwell, the kind universally used for so long when everyone wrote at desks, can be nice to use, with the right combination of handle, pen (just a nib (there used to be a lot of manufacturers of different shapes), and inkwell (it took me a long time to find the right design of inkwell) and ink. Dislikes: Arguments, heights, being embarrassed and thinking about them, when people respond only with a facial expression, pity, and the smell of the potion classroom. The Wand Chooses The Wizard Shirt, Hogwarts School Shirt, Universal Trip Shirt, Wizard Wand Shirt, Witchcraft School Gift, Witch Shirt Her primary focus for the past 4 years has been the same: improving her magical skills and knowledge to reach the highest level she could. She is driven by her ambitious nature and won’t stop for anything. Upon meeting her, most people are skeptical that this tiny, baby faced girl poses any sort of threat, but the truth is she could, and would, curse, hex, or jinx them before they'd even have a chance to blink.Positive Traits: Intelligent, daring, powerful, brave, sociable, empathetic, caring, intuitive, experienced, good at teaching. Appearance: Red, Pink, Green. She is like a wheel of colors, her hair is always a different shade, and she's not afraid to show off her metamorphmagus abilities. Her color is always a signifier of her emotions and an almost foolproof way to guess her mood if you can figure them out. Slighter taller than average in statue and pale skin. Her eyes can range from green to blue depending on her hair. Minimal to no makeup during school hours but could be convinced otherwise. A gap between her teeth. Likes: The sound of laughter, sweets, getting into things she isn't supposed to, animals, Quidditch, challenges, exploring, jokes and banter, learning new things, watching movies, flying, coffee, spicy food, dressing up

The Wand Chooses the Wizard by Margaret Green | Waterstones

Family: Alexander Fairley (Brother), Eliza Fairley (Niece), Persephone Fairley (Niece), Marion Harkness (Wife) It should be noted that only the Elder Wand, when "owned" by a defeated wizard, would turn allegiance to the victor, even if they were not used or even on their person during combat, as the Elder Wand only was loyal to power/strength through the victory over its previous holder. This was evidenced when Harry Potter simultaneously became the master of both Draco Malfoy's wand and the Elder Wand when he defeated Draco (who was the master of both having disarmed Dumbledore yet possessed only one of them at the time). To me, this line in the book seems meant to invoke the phrase "great and terrible," as in "the great and terrible day of the Lord" from the New Testament. JK Rowling peppered lots of biblical underpinnings throughout the Potter series, so this seems to line up. Positive Traits: Patient, understanding, helpful, loyal, calm, level-headed, sociable, good leader, intelligent, altruistic. When Baba Yaga is in control she is super manipulative, harsh, seductive, and honestly pretty brutal People think he is lazy because he often sits around playing wizards chess, eating sweet rolls, and reading old tomes She was always a creative kid, and her parents were there to positively reinforce and encourage her passions. Especially when it evolved mostly into books and learning.
