About this deal

I know there are a shit ton of funds to choose from. If you can’t get ASNB for whatever reason, there’s a fund selector tool from Fundsupermart that I quite like (note: not sponsored to say this). What I mean by exchange here is that you have to have some skills or do something that you can exchange for money. Just look around the street and have a look at all those big businesses. They are actually exchanging their skill or value to the world in a return for money. That is exactly what you must do, don’t chase money but get a money magnet skill that will attract many funds to you. It sounds wired, right? Just read these rules of money below and you will get the whole concept. The third step is to invest your money in a variety of different assets so that it’s properly diversified for the long haul. Keep your credit utilization low. Your credit utilization, or the amount of credit you’re using compared to the amount you have available, is another important factor that affects your credit score. To maintain a good credit score, you should aim to keep your credit utilization below 30% of your available credit. Learn the art of negotiation, which involved making the other person feel they are getting as much as you are from a transaction. Always know your bottom line, what it is you want and aim for a win/win situation. Be prepared to give up things to secure other things – be flexible and fluid and know as much as possible before you start as knowledge is power in negotiation situations.

The Rules of Wealth: A Personal Code For Prosperity - Goodreads

Do what you want with your money. Give it all away. Burn it. Whatever. I’m going to try and be Switzerland about this and be super neutral. Conclusion

Another self-help book that can let one's motivation spark in themselves in the road to a wealthy lifestyle. 100 rules are shared in this book on how one can be a 'Rule Player of Wealth'. Well, all the rules shared by Mr. Templar are basic although they are definitely applicable and practical. I had to reread some of the rules and take it down (and will try to incorporate it in myself). Overall, it's a good book to read when you want to relax but also want some knowledge or something useful at the same time. It's not intense and easy to understand but you could feel like some of the rules are, as I said before, quite obvious and repeated.

If you are starting to lost sleep or have stopped enjoying it, then you need to have a talk with yourself. If you don’t trust someone, don’t do business with them. The Rules of Wealth: A personal code for prosperity and plenty

Having read through this book over the space of a couple of days, I can say that if you've never taken an interest in personal finances and find money to be a taboo subject, this book might have something to offer. Having said that, the majority of people who end up reading this book probably don't fit that description and in that case, prepare to be underwhelmed. Need to actually think through your finances and plan this. If you see money as the solution it becomes the problem. If you put aside more than you need the left overs become the savings. The Book: The book is from the international bestselling author of “The Rules of Life”. An imprint of Pearson Education (Prentice Hall) with a category that says – “Books that make you better”, that makes you to be better, do better, feel better. The Indian print costs Rs. 225/-. Richard Templar stressed that all the money in the world couldn’t buy a restful, conscience-free life. I love this point, it’s hard not to. One can be wealthy without taking advantage of other people or ruining the environment. Rule 24 – Only by looking wealthy you can become wealthy
