Not with the mini eggs in them! Again, because of the dairy in the Terry’s chocolate orange mini eggs, this recipe isn’t vegan as it is. However, you can always substitute the mini eggs for broken-up dairy free chocolate orange bars like these. It's not Terry's, it's mine...although you might be better off with a chocolate orange Credit: Gary Stone Yep! You can freeze them for up to 2-3 months without a problem – just make sure you put it in an airtight plastic container. It’s probably a good idea to slice it all first so you can defrost a slice at a time.

The cupcakes will last for 2-3 days in an airtight container in a cool place. You can freeze both the cupcakes and the buttercream. I used 6 glass trifle bowls to make 6 individual cheesecakes and instead of a whole Terry’s orange I used a couple of bags of orange segments that worked well.
