If you do not want to do Nutella on Nutella like we do (love the extra chocolate/hazelnut flavor), you can also dip these in maple syrup, strawberry syrup, hot fudge, honey, or chocolate sauce. This Nutella fruit dip in particular is actually a bit healthier than some of the others I’ve shared because it uses Greek yogurt as the creamy mix-in rather than heavy cream, Cool Whip, or homemade whipped cream.

Essentially, this Nutella stuffed French toasted recipe is regular French toast that is stuffed full of Nutella spread, sliced into strips, and cooked in the air fryer until the outside is golden and crisp. Then, they’re dusted in a sweet cinnamon sugar coating. Plus, they are super easy to throw together with little ingredients and time. In the mornings, we don’t always want to spend all the time in the world, and these are perfect for whipping up. It’s pretty self explanatory! This is so simple that it almost seems crazy to write a recipe for it. Greek yogurt– I recommend using plain, full-fat Greek yogurt in this dip. You don’t want to use vanilla yogurt or else you’ll end up with that vanilla flavoring mingling with the Nutella, and it’s just not my favorite. This chocolate Nutella sauce pairs perfectly with practically all of your favorite dippers (including your finger!) – or simply savor it by the spoonful with a scoop of berries and bananas or on a piece of toast.

The mini chocolate chips for the top really just make it a little prettier when serving, but they’re not necessary if you want to omit them. You could also do a combo of mini chocolate chips and toasted hazelnuts if you really wanted to get more of that hazelnut goodness in this dip! When the term day-old bread is used, it means that the bread has dried out some or is more stale than fresh bread, and no, you do not have to use it. Absolutely, if you are not a cinnamon fan, we like to use ground nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice for a twist of flavor. You can really use what you’d like and would think complements the Nutella on this recipe. This simple Nutella Dip has a classic cheesecake tang mixed with chocolate hazelnut flavor and can easily be made in minutes. It’s smooth, creamy and deliciously delightful for dipping.
