Character Token 3 - Climb up to the rooftop in the west that has the greenhouse. Once reaching it, head right, down a tightrope, over on a catapult, and finally through a window with a handhold. Now head left and use the teleporter you find there to get inside the fenced-in area where the token for Tony One-Time awaits. Character Token 10 - Climb up the buildings to the southwest and make your way to the grapple point above a balcony. Pull yourself up to the token for Sentinel Channard there.

District Conquered - Climb to the top of the hospital and look for this flag pole spot above a boarded-up door.

Character Token 2 - You'll find many sets of balloons around the carnival section and one of them will be silver. Paint these balloons blue, green, yellow and red to make the token for the Circus Clown appear at the top of the stairs. Follow the green numbers on the map to find them all.
