The CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 & gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years.
Learners must achieve 23 mandatory units, attending group classes 2 afternoons per month, and complete online study for approximately one year. A team of highly skilled professionals will conduct the training. Assessment takes place through a variety of ways including portfolio evidence, direct observation of practice in work, and a comprehensive study of two children in their care.
