If you have some favorite vacuum tools from another machine, Worx thoughtfully includes a 32mm to 35mm adapter so you can use them with this vacuum. I just wish it stored on the unit as I will likely lose it.
How else? Cleaning the car. I’m not obsessive, but I do like the inside of my car to be clean – so getting stray grit and fluff from the floor mats is the bare minimum I expect from a car vacuum. LARGER DUST CAPACITY: Compared with other shop vacuums in its class, Worx WX031.9 has a larger dust capacity (8L) to provide enough storage for an entire toilet or long clogged pipe cleaning. I washed the two filters and let them dry for the next use. This brought up my next complaint. There is simply no way to empty the debris bin and clear the filters without getting yourself filthy. My hands were covered in dust after banging off the two filters. The WX030L is a 20V portable cordless vacuum that includes attachments. Is uses any of the Worx 20V batteries and can share its battery with other Worx 20V Power Share tools. What’s in the box? The supplied all-purpose nozzle has a very small cleaning path, which means cleaning larger areas, like the boot floor, takes a lot longer than it should. And unlike some full-sized cordless vacuums, there’s no option for a powered turbo tool, which means you’ll need to manually agitate stubborn dirt like pet hair.

Best of all, it can be used, year round as wet debris won't do it any harm.
Next to it there’s a release for the dirt bin catch. Having it on the top of the machine is great because you can lower the Cubevac into the bin before you empty it, minimising the dust cloud you often get when disposing of the dirt from a bagless vacuum.
Final thoughts
This isn’t a powerful cleaner, even on its ‘High’ mode. This was shown when we tried to extract sand from a car mat - we had to go over it several times to get the last bit out, where a more powerful cordless cleaner - or one with a spinning turbine tool - would extract it with ease. Second, some additional hose comes out from the attached end of the wand. Fully-extended, you can get about four feet of reach. I think that’s pretty impressive from such a small device. If you’re a ‘little and often’ type of car cleaner the Worx Cubevac will be perfect for you. It couldn’t be easier to use and is great for tight spaces and small cars. It feels solid and high-quality and like it will stand up to a lot of dirty work. There are nice rubber feet in all four corners that help keep the vacuum in place on flat surfaces. In the photo above, you can also see the suction end of the hose wand in its stored position. The Worx Cubevac is perfect for ‘little and often’ type cleaners. It’s versatile, easy to use, and high-quality, so it feels like it’ll last for a long time. Its compact size means it’s great for tight spaces and small cars.
We also tested how good the Cubevac’s supplied attachments are on more stubborn dirt, or in more awkward areas such as down the side of seats or inside cupholders. What’s good about the Worx Cubevac?
To put it simply, we cleaned a car. The Cubevac got a full and thorough test, vacuuming out nooks and crannies as well as dealing with fluff and grit from the floor mats. The two filters can be cleaned with clear water. The HEPA filter should be replaced once it can no longer be effectively cleaned.
