The most common wireless charging devices are currently smartphones and smaller supporting devices like smartwatches and earphones. When the setting is turned on, all you have to do is place your device on the pad, and it will begin storing power. Technical Specifications
Generally speaking, the higher the wattage the faster the charge, though the difference isn’t always as dramatic as you might expect. A 15W charger won’t necessarily charge your phone in a third of the time that a 5W charger would normally take. Pad or stand? If applicable, we will test wireless charging speeds with other supported devices, such as smartwatches and wireless earbud cases – where we apply the same 30-minute charging time. We benchmark the speeds of the supplied USB cable/plug, and, should the charger also support MagSafe, we test how secure the magnetic connection is.

When folded it can be used as a wireless charging pad. The iPhone can be set in either landscape or portrait orientation when the charger is doubling up as a stand. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. It’s as minimalist a design as you’d expect from Apple–it looks a lot like the Apple Watch Charger. It’s quite a large mat, measuring 780 x 70 x 4mm. The Light gray color is actually more of a warm stone tone.Its main advantage over the non-certified competition is its 15W charging power. It’s still half as fast as using a Lightning cable, however, and if you are going to the bother of connecting this to a USB-C charger, why not just use a Lightning (iPhone 12/13/14) or USB-C (iPhone 15) cable? You can fast-charge an iPhone to 50% battery in around 30 minutes using a cable, while it takes around 50 minutes to wirelessly charge iPhone from 0 to 50% using even 15W MagSafe. The stand works in landscape and portrait orientations but isn’t high. It does have adjustable viewing angles up to 60°.
