Being a Recruitment Consultant, I find myself comparing Love Island to my line of work. Our clients, when searching for a new employee have an idea of who is ‘100% their type on paper’. This is generally based on the skills and experience they want a candidate to have to fulfil the role. Of course, a candidate’s ability to do the role is critical, however finding the right employee is also based on team fit, attitude and culture to make sure the candidate will fit in with the company culture and team dynamics. This book follows the same story line as take a chance on me however i think that the two are different enough to be enjoyed one after the other (unless you get bored of the same tropes over and over.) i really liked the friendship Maya and Aimee had and i liked that they helped each other out . throughout this book i found myself laughing at parts and empathising with our main character, Maya ,this book was a fun, light, entertaining and a great read to take with you to the beach.At one time I the task of printing out blue prints stored on microfilm embedded in punch cards: I think F is the largest size I remember seeing on a regular basis but I am almost positive that they go larger than that (I mean in the US Standard Letter Sizes).
