About this deal

On a budget and deciding between and baby wrap and a carrier? Well, you don’t have to, thanks to the great value Izmi Essential Bundle.

As a rough rule of thumb: you count as one layer of clothing for your baby, and your Izmi counts as at least another. If you’re indoors, or going for a brisk walk and generating some heat, that’s like adding a third layer. The Twingaroo is closer in design to the TwinGo but can’t be easily worn as 2 separate carriers without purchasing an additional strap conversion kit, so offers less flexibility than the TwinGo & isn’t ideal for babies under around 5-6 months. USING SEPARATE CARRIERS FOR YOUR TWINSIf you’re in the market for two carriers that will do a similar job to the TwinGo, using two MiniMonkey Mini Slings, two Integra baby carriersor two Izmi baby carrierscan work particularly well. Apart from the body panel size, Izmi Baby and Toddler Carriers are almost identical in fit and style. But we have added a couple of extra features to our Toddler Carriers: A tandem Front Wrap Cross Carry (FWCC) is a great first ‘carry’ (way of tying a wrap) for newborns, whether carrying one or two babies – and we do recommend practicing with one baby first until you’re feeling confident. Amanda’s Tandem Hip Carry is a great carry for babies with increasing head control (usually 2-5 months+). Tandem Trouble is a superb YouTube channel for twin wrapping tutorials, using one or two woven wraps at a time.

Clotilde Kingsley says: My little one loves being in a sling especially when feeling unwell or teething. It allows me to get lots done around the house with baby settled in the sling. This sling has a lovely stretch, which makes it easy to wrap without too much laxity, I didn't need to tighten or rewrap it whilst walking outside with it. With other slings I have found that with the weight of baby it can start pulling but he had a lovely position throughout our walk. Would you recommend this product to other parents?Jessica Molyneux spence says: I would choose the Izmi baby wrap over others because the material is really good quality and supportive. Even for older babies, it still keeps them in place and doesn't stretch which would resulting in them sinking down. This means I don't need to keep taking baby out to readjust, which I have had to do with other brands. I can put it on in the morning and it will still be fine when I've finished wearing it for the day.

Perfect to use from birth (6lbs/2.5kg), super comfy and dreamily soft, these elasticated baby wraps are one-size-fits-all and perfect for both mums and dads. As an alternative to a single twin carrier, some twin parents do wear two Ergobaby carriers, two Tulas, two Manducas and so on. If you’ve already got a couple to hand then give it a whirl! It will likely feel very cumbersome with four padded shoulder straps and two passed waistbands, but it’s not impossible. New from Izmi, this Essential version of their popular baby wrap comes in at a lower price point but still gives you peace of mind with high quality.I love using a baby wrap, making it easy to go for walks or hold my baby close to me while I'm doing housework. 5pm seems to be the witching hour in our house, so wearing baby in a wrap at this time means we can all be a bit calmer at the end of the day. This wrap is easy to use and wear, and the price is great compared with other baby slings on the market. Would you recommend this to other parents?

Your baby should be held high and snug against your chest, close enough to kiss the top of their head; and with the carrier tightened to prevent them flopping or slumping away from your body. Yes, definitely, whether they're new to babywearing or are experienced. It's a soft material that I'm happy to wear throughout the day - I have another carrier that I can get a bit hot wearing, but this was comfy. It's easy to adjust and put on. There are good instructions included in the box, with easy-to-understand diagrams, although I still like to watch a YouTube video to remind myself how to set a wrap up safely and properly. Sam Kennedy says: I honestly really wouldn't change a thing about the Izmi Baby Wrap, it's perfect just the way it is. It's comfy to wear on long walks and around and baby agrees. Although the price tag is quite high, it's comparable to most on the market and is reflected in the quality of the fabric. I absolutely love it!

Breastfeeding with your baby in a sling or carrier is not always possible for everyone and will depend on your baby?s stage and their preferred feeding position, your body shape and the positions possible in the carrier you are using. Do give it a try if you?d like to, but don?t be discouraged if it doesn?t work easily for you at first. You may find it works better when your baby is older. The body panel width of Izmi Toddler Carriers extend from 32cm-49cm (13"-19") and they have been weight tested from 8kg-27kg (17.6-60lbs). We recommend Izmi Toddler Carriers from around 7 months to 4 years. months: Parent-facing front carry or side/hip carry (your baby can stabilise their head unaided as you move around. Your carrier should support their spine at least to the top of their shoulders) It can also be worn as two entirely separate carriers. Genius. It’s easier to get on and off than you might imagine, although a little practice and guidance may beneeded. A sling should always mimic how you carry your baby in your arms: snug and high up on your chest so they’re close enough to kiss.
