About this deal

In this article I hope to share some start of the week journal prompts to help you show up for your life and live your week with intention and clarity. Use the prompts to get clear on what you want from your week ahead and take actionable steps to make that happen! Taking some time to explore your current career can help highlight what you enjoy about your job and when it might be time to pursue a change. Which emotions do you find hardest to accept (guilt, anger, disappointment, etc.)? How do you handle these emotions? Be honest and authentic: Honesty is key to getting the most out of journaling. Write from the heart and don't be afraid to express your true feelings, even if they are complex or challenging.

A weekly journal template has space to journal each day of the week. These templates are designed for journaling. If you are looking to plan your week, see our weekly planner or a Bullet Journal weekly spread. Take another look at The Row By Row (#5 above). Turn it on its side and it becomes the Day By Day (#10). This makes a big difference in how the spread functions. The Day By Day has more room for tasks in the vertical columns, and you may find your eyes are more accustomed to reading your schedule one direction or the other. Write about a recent interaction with someone. What were their words, expressions, and gestures? How did you feel during the interaction? Structure: Sometimes, you might prefer to write down your thoughts freely as they occur. However, there may be times when you want to organize your thoughts more coherently. Journal prompts can provide the structure you need to organize your thoughts. Now you know why journaling can be helpful. But how should you journal? It is very personal, and you should do what works best for you. But I will give you some tips to help you get started on a journaling practice. 1. Choose your kind of journalIdentify one area where you’d like to improve. Then, list three specific actions you can take to create that change. Hello again, my fine friends. It’s been a while since I put together a good meat-and-potatoes journaling post for you, so today’s is a good one. You guys were especially enthusiastic about my monthly layouts post, so I should have shared these weeklies a long time ago. Journalling helps examine past experiences, evaluate your actions and draw insights that can be helpful for future decision-making ( Stacy Walker). We can learn a lot from past experiences and the results of those experiences, however when we don’t stop to examine and evaluate these actions and their results then we often fault to gain important insight that can help us in the future. Reaching Goals

Invent a new holiday and outline the traditions, celebrations, and rituals associated with it, based on your values.First, list five words that best describe you. Then, think about which five words you would like to describe yourself. There were several details of my trip that I had completely forgotten until I re-read my personal journals.
