The specific method you’re going to use to write amiibo cards (almost always a cell phone with NFC)

Run install-amiibos.exe. Enter the path of your amiibo-files.zip file and press enter. If you saved it directly to your C: drive, type C:\amiibo-files.zip . Now run install-amiibos-part-2.exe. This will install all of the Amiibo files for use in the PowerSaves Software. The application will now open the PowerSaves folder. If you do not see any .bin files in there then follow the on screen instructions.

Good question – the specific process depends on the methods available to you. However, there’s a few universal steps regardless of how you choose to make amiibo cards. Amiibo are very tiny files. If you had a copy of every amiibo file ever released, it would come out to maaaaaybe 1 MB. If you are on a Discord server and there is an amiibo tournament going on, you could just privately message the person your amiibo file. They’re smaller than most text messages.
