Where possible the Junior League shall run on a 14 week term, ending prior to the school summer holidays. The optional Junior Cup will run upon the conclusion of the Junior League, subject to sufficient interest/entries.Batting – the best average, from the top 10 run scorers in that section. Anyone without an average will be considered to have been out once. In the event of two or more clubs finishing on equal points at the top of a league table, the championship shall be decided by a play off. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, teams may agree a reduction in overs prior to the commencement of a game to avoid games finishing in the dark. Players and team officials must at all times accept the umpire’s decision. Players must not show dissent at the umpire’s decision or react in a provocative or disapproving manner towards another player or spectator. Junior Players who play in GMCL and other leagues can only play for the inter-league side in which their Senior First XI play. The Junior League will have two Performance League Champions at each age group, East and West. If a Performance League is tied there shall be a play-off, but where a play-off cannot be arranged/agreed then the team with more wins in the Performance League will be named champions, if still level the better head to head record in the full season will be the winners, if still tied then the title will be shared.

Players and team officials shall not make racially abusive comments nor indulge in racially abusive actions against fellow players, officials, members and supporters. Away sides can offer to host a Junior Cup fixture if the home side cannot find a suitable date due to pitch availability. Clubs fulfilling rounds of LCB or ECB competitions may re-arrange affected fixtures, with their opponents selecting the alternative date and venue. The age group secretaries/administrators need to be informed once these have been fixed.
