About this deal

Perfectly suited for protecting chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food products, confectionaries, oils, paints and more. Not only does an IV cover protect a container from damage caused by the sun, it also prevents dirt and dust from getting inside The elasticated IBC dust covers we supply are made of a waterproof plastic, making it good for securing the top of your IBC against rain and wind. However, because these covers only cover the top of the IBC, we don’t particularly advise using them to cover IBCs that are going to face a lot of time in outside storage. While these covers will prevent a build up of rainwater on the top of your IBC, they won’t protect the rest of your IBC.

IBC coversdo exactly as you would expect; they cover containers to prevent dirt, dust and moisture from damaging what’s underneath. IBC tanks are not inherently designed or intended for potable water use. Our IBCs are typically made from materials like high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or metal, and they are primarily used for storing and transporting non-toxic liquids, chemicals, and granulated materials. They are not specifically manufactured to meet the strict requirements for storing and transporting potable water. There are a lot of different products, substances and materials that can suffer from UV light damage. A lot of food, chemical and pharmaceutical goods that might be transported in an IBC are light sensitive, not to mention liquids like inks, resins and coatings .In these cases, a standard woven IBC cover or an elasticated IBC dust cover won’t cut it. During storage and transport, these goods can be easily become damaged or their quality compromised. When it comes to protecting the top of your IBC and the main opening of the container, elasticated dust covers are a great way to securely protect from contaminants like moisture and dirt. These covers fit snugly around the top of the IBC thanks to their elasticity, forming a secure and loose cover against the environment. If you want to entirely cover your IBC then woven IBC covers are great for this. Made from durable material, our woven covers are hard wearing and resistant to damage, as well as protecting your IBC and product from dirt and dust. These IBC covers are often used in storage areas and come with eyelets as standard, allowing you to securely tie the cover to your IBC. Because these IBC covers are elasticated, they have a number of different uses. Not only can you use them to protect your IBC, but you can also cover boxes, pallets, mixing vessels and drums too. Available in a range of colours, our elasticated dust covers are anti-static and food-approved as standard, but other materials are available upon request.
