I always liked him as a player, one of my favourite players in England because he was like a leader on and off the park, always gave 110% for the jersey and I think he was the perfect captain for the team, in the dressing room. The one present here gives every interesting event a "been-there-done-that" quality. Consider the scene when Arthur attempts to save the life of Michaela. This scene should be gripping and terrifying, but it winds up falling completely flat thanks to the flat direction taken by Dante Ariola. For us the disappointment of losing took a long time to get over. But we knew the best side on the day won!”
