Mix a small amount (around teaspoonful) of leave-on emollient or soap substitute in the palm of your hand with a little warm water and spread it over damp or dry skin.Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is unlikely to have any ill effects when used as directed. If unsure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Epimax ® oatmeal cream and Zeroveen ® cream are additionally recommended for use as a soap substitute. Purified Water, Acrylates Copolymer, Paraffin Hard 5.5% w/w, Glycerol, Coconut Oil, PPG-11 Stearyl Ether, Diisopropyl Adipate, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Isopropyl Palmitate, PEG 30 Dipolyhydroxystearate, Liquid Paraffin 2% w/w, Dimethicone 350, Phenoxyethanol, Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate, Benzoic Acid, Trimethylsiloxysilicate. Indications: Children under 1: Seek HCP advice before use. Adults, the elderly and children: As an emollient: Apply to the affected area as often as required. Smooth gently into the skin, following the direction of the hair growth. As a bath additive: Melt about 4g (roughly a teaspoonful) of Zeroderm Ointment in hot water in a suitable container. Then add to the bath ensuring that the water has sufficiently cooled before getting in. As a soap substitute: Take a small amount of Zeroderm Ointment from the tub, lather it under warm water and use as required when washing or in the shower. Pat skin dry. Date of preparation: Epimax ® original cream - First line option for moderately dry skin as per Notts Emollient Formulary. Comparable to Zerobase ®, Cetraben ® and Diprobase ®.
