We’re going to give it a little dark chocolate swirl first. Now that you have your homemade or store-bought marshmallow syrup ready, it's time to get creative and explore a variety of coffee drink inspirations. Here are a few ideas to inspire your coffee creations: Marshmallow Latte Finally, we’re gonna toast ’em up! Use a kitchen torch and VERY CAREFULLY burn the marshmallow edges. (Please be careful. I did this outside, I was wearing shoes, and I had glasses on just in case.) Upgrade your classic mocha by adding a drizzle of marshmallow syrup.
