Figure comes with 12 armor or weapon accessories to armor up figure to C.O.M.B.A.T. READY mode. Multiple weapon ports on figure and vehicle enable accessories to attach in custom configurations. Skyfire was featured in the 1985 audio and book adventure Satellite of Doom. His appearance matched his animated form, not the toy. During the story Skyfire is killed. included Fire Blasts accessories attach to ends of weapon accessories to simulate blasterfire coming from weapons.

Jetfire was one of the many casualties of the Great War before the signing of the Pax Cybertronia in 2035. Dawn of the Predacus Transformers vs. G.I.
