This simply doesn't go together, and you will have to count in that. The lightest quite all-terrain model is the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2, which I would recommend, but it is by no means as small as the strollers you mentioned. It is flat after folding and around 9kg so as Cruz's more compact alternative, it's actually MUCH better. Once the stroller is folded, you can unzip a small area on the side and the carrying strap comes out. The strap works well when carrying around the compact stroller. The easy-to-maneuver stroller is perfect for driving around an airport and the stroller folds small enough to fit in most overhead compartments. To avoid any hassle, though, call the airline ahead of time and be sure it will fit.
