Thankfully, overall I wasn't disappointed, but the ending.. It was just too sudden. It finished way too early for my taste & I wished we had a little bit more, you know?

Not much more to say except this book is good for some laughs and for some feels. I highly recommend if you need something light yet fulfilling to read. I don’t know why Ridge thought it would be a good idea to rent a four-bedroom apartment. Even though one of the bedrooms is empty, that’s still two people too many. Especially when guests spend the night and don’t know about the designated bathrooms. I honestly didn't really like her much in Maybe Someday, but I was interested in seeing why she acts the way she does, why she is so bitchy and cranky toward others, and most importantly why she constantly pushed Warren away. As we delve into her past, we get to see why she is who she is, and my heart broke for her, going through what she has done has got to be tough on anyone, and she only gives off the emotions she has had to deal with herself. With no-one to love her how can she really show how she loves, or even cares, for anther person. I don’t like it. I’m the responsible one. Well, not as responsible as Ridge, obviously, but no one is. I do manage Brennan’s band, and I do a hell of a good job of it, so why can’t I seem to control my reactions right now? Jasmine Trivia 101: Whatever this lady writes, I read it as soon as it releases even at the expense of my job. Colleen Hoover is my "drop everything right now to read" author and even if I didn't love Ugly Love, my faith in this author never wavers. So imagine my surprise when this was dropped out of nowhere and when I heard it featured my most fav character from Maybe Someday, EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS PUT ON HOLD AND I DO A HAPPY DANCE.

I have to admit that it made me laugh & I was in awe a couple of times. Warren is a really entertaining character and his banter with Bridgette was gold! I was so anticipating to read about their hot angry-sexy moments, because I was expecting them, judging always by their apparent relationship in Maybe Someday.
