x CND™ PLEXIGEL Shaper - A crystal-clear brush-on gel enhancement that provides strength, protection and free-edge length to the natural nail for 3+ week wear. If you have lifting around the proximal nail fold, lateral fold or cuticle line, it’s likely that you’ve not prepped correctly or that you’ve got product on the skin that’s creating a barrier. Re-access your application and re-access your preparation and take it from there. When using any of the CND™ PLEXIGEL products, make sure you do not shake the bottle as this can create bubbles. Shaper and Builder can be used straight from the bottle. Bonder and the Protector Top Coat bottles, require a gentle roll.

If you get any lifting, you may see a change in colour or it may look a bit cloudy. As you start filing, it will begin to chip away, this means that you can file to the edge of the cloudiness/discolouration and the product will come away itself, meaning that you won’t be touching or affecting the natural nail. Its crystal-clear formula is also excellent for nail art! When performing a rebalance, remember Bonder is only applied to the natural nail – anywhere that you can see the natural nail, then apply. If there is any lifting, this should be removed first. When using CND™ SHELLAC™ Gel Polish over CND™ PLEXIGEL, should the top film be removed prior to colour application?

Apply a layer of CND™ PLEXIGEL Bonder to the natural nail. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 1. For clear enhancements, and best results it is recommend to finish using CND™ PLEXIGEL Protector Top Coat. If using CND™ SHELLAC™ Gel Polish over CND™ PLEXIGEL, finish with CND™ SHELLAC™ Original(or DURAFORCE™Top Coat ) instead of Protector Top Coat.For clear enhancements, and best results it is recommend to finish using CND™ PLEXIGEL Protector Top Coat. If using CND™ SHELLAC™ Gel Polish over CND™ PLEXIGEL, finish with CND™ SHELLAC™ Original (or DURAFORCE™Top Coat) instead of Protector Top Coat. The CND™ UV Lamp has a beautiful broad distribution of wave length and should do a good job, however since CND™ no longer manufactures the UVLamp, we did not test it with CND™ PLEXIGEL.

Sculpt nails to the preferred length and shape using CND™ PLEXIGEL Builder Gel, curing each layer for one minute in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 2B. If using CND™ SHELLAC™ Gel Polish, skip Protector Top Coat and CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat and apply 2 layers of CND™ SHELLAC™ Color. Cure each layer for one minute in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 2S. Finish with a layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Top Coat and cure using preset button 3. x CND™ PLEXIGEL Protector Top Coat - A clear, high-gloss, protective top coat designed to complete the final layer of Plexigel enhancements. Designed for a versatile and convenient multi-problem solution for nails, CND PLEXIGELs technology provides 3+ weeks of strength, length and shape with minimal application time.
