Scoop out some of the set jelly and place in a bowl. Using a spoon, break up the jelly to create small lumps. Lastly, slowly add the flour in batches along with the vanilla extract, being careful not to over mix the batter. There’s an episode of Bluey where they go to the pool, so instead of a beach themed cake, you could make the Women’s Weekly pool cake, and add Bluey figurines to the top! This recipe makes one large, delicious rectangle chocolate cake (tin size approx. 38cm x 27cm). If you want to make a regular sized round or square cake, you will need to halve the ingredients and cook for approx. 30-35 minutes.
