About this deal

The same could be said for an RV setup or a digital nomad on the go. The EB55 sits nicely in the mid-range, giving you enough juice to power more than your regular digital devices (think camping fridges, coffee machines, electric blankets, etc). The Bluetti AC300+B300 combo is one of our favorite power stations. In fact, we gave it the top spot in our ranking of the best solar generators!

The EB55 has a battery cycle life that lasts five times longer than all of the others – Its 2,500 cycles heavily outlast the other models’ 500 cycles. In wrapping up this BLUETTI EB55 review, the unit strikes a good balance between power, portability, and practicality. It's got enough juice to keep your gadgets going, a range of outlets for different needs, and eco-friendly solar charging to boot. Yes, I would get the EB55 over the other options I compared. The EB55 has a battery that will last five times longer than the others, which makes it more valuable in the long run.

Sure, it's a bit of an investment and won't replace your main power source anytime soon. But it does a solid job of what it's designed to do – keeping you connected and powered up in the great outdoors. Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible. Because of its LiFePO4 battery cell chemistry, the Bluetti should be able to fully charge and discharge 2,500 times, which could mean several years of power even with twice daily cycling. That many cycles should still leave the battery at 80% of its original capacity. Recharging Times): The listed solar input and recharging time is based on the maximum solar input - not the solar panel rated power output (Ex: a 100W solar panel usually produces about 80W of actual power in good sunlight).

Inside the box, the EB55 comes with an AC power supply, a cable for charging from a vehicle’s DC outlet, and a cable for charging from solar panels. The EB55 has 12 outlets: A. The solar panel must meet:1) Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) between 12V-28V;2) Equipped with MC4 Connector. All in all, I found this unit perfectly suited to our camping needs. I managed to charge the following devices, and the EB55 still had 40% of its battery left: The EB55 has practically any style of charging port you could need and has the ability to charge up to 11 devices simultaneously. The inclusion of a 100W USB-C PD port and 700W in total AC power provides fast charge capabilities for any compatible devices. We’re yet to need any customer support or to deal with warranty, but after thorough testing throughout the last month, it has proven to be more than capable both in durability and in performance. This allows us to feel confident we will not be reaching out for support any time soon. How It PerformsMind you, the hairdryer is rated for 1,875W, but I used it with my EcoFlow River Max and it worked at a much lower wattage than 1,875W. This may have to do with EcoFlow’s X-Boost technology, which can adapt its AC power output to run high-powered appliances at lower wattages. If the EcoFlow River was built with a longer-lasting battery, I would probably choose it over the EB55. However, its lithium-ion battery lasts for 500 lifecycles (to 80% capacity), which is the same amount of cycles as the other three models mentioned in the comparison. At 132 lbs (48 for the inverter and 84 for the battery), the AC300+B300 combo pushed the limits of what we’d consider “portable,” but it can work well for people who need a lot of power and storage for their RV or off-grid cabin. The River Max, on the other hand, currently has one of the best AC recharging speeds of all solar generators on the market. It charges it in as little as 96 minutes from 0-100% battery. I’ve seen my own River Max charge at 450W from its included AC charger. This is over twice as much power as the EB55’s AC charger. The power station started at full capacity. After charging these devices, there was about 40% left in the power station.
